First4feet is a modern and popular foot care and physiotherapy clinic, with practices in Hadleigh, Rayleigh and Westcliff. Offering a range of specialist services to clients throughout most of south east Essex, all clinics are conveniently located with ample parking and within easy access of bus routes.
Established in 2015 the current owners, husband, and wife team Sajeed and Daiva, took over First4feet in early 2016 and have worked hard to transform it into the successful brand that it is today. Known for their excellent reputation and first-class customer care, the team comprises
qualified and registered foot health practitioners, a physiotherapist, visiting podiatrist and an aesthetic practitioner.
With over 30 years combined experience in both the NHS and the private sector, first4feet pride themselves in offering outstanding service, utmost professionalism, and the latest treatments at competitive rates.
The service is continually evolving, and all practitioners ensure their clinical and professional development meets the latest industry standards by attending conferences, courses, and presentations by sector experts to hone their skills and develop knowledge of upcoming treatments.

Toe/Finger Nail Cutting
If you struggle to cut your toenails and fingernails, possibly due to a difficulty in maintaining a safe grip of the clippers, or struggle to reach your toenails we can help. The process of how to cut toenails differs slightly from that of how to cut fingernails.

Home Visits
Professional footcare from the comfort of your own home

We understand that it can be difficult for you to attend one of our clinics for
treatment and are pleased to offer a Home Visiting Service. Ideal for those who
have mobility issues or who prefer not to venture out during the Pandemic.
All practitioners at First4feet are fully DBS checked and experienced in visiting
clients in their own homes. If possible, we prefer a ground room where you can be
seated on an upright chair such as a dining room or kitchen but will adapt
treatments to your specific mobility needs where required.
Nursing Home Visits
