First4feet offers Physiotherapy for spinal & sports injuries, tendonitis, arthritis, whiplash, back pain, sciatica, neck pain, plantar fasciitis, muscle injuries and many other conditions. Our Chartered Physiotherapists specialise in musculoskeletal conditions and have over 30 years’ experience.

Treatment

Available at the Hadleigh clinic, all appointments are offered in an easily accessible ground floor room. At your initial appointment we ask you to fill in a registration form, take details of relevant medical history and undertake an assessment before commencing any treatment.

We offer a hands-on approach to treatment which may include mobilising, soft tissue techniques, ultrasound, exercises, stretches, advice, and acupuncture.

We work closely with local GPs and other physiotherapists and can refer on if necessary.

Please wear appropriate, loose-fitting clothing to allow full assessment.

We are unable to offer home visits.

We place great emphasis on clinical cleanliness, and we abide strictly to the care guidelines set out for Foot Health Professionals.

Instruments are sterilized in an autoclave and remain sterile in a vacuum sealed pouch until opened during treatment so there can be no risk of cross contamination between patients.

We understand that it can be difficult for you to attend one of our clinics for

treatment and are pleased to offer a Home Visiting Service. Ideal for those who

have mobility issues or who prefer not to venture out during the Pandemic.

All practitioners at First4feet are fully DBS checked and experienced in visiting

clients in their own homes. If possible, we prefer a ground room where you can be

seated on an upright chair such as a dining room or kitchen but will adapt

treatments to your specific mobility needs where required.

If you struggle to cut your toenails and fingernails, possibly due to a difficulty in maintaining a safe grip of the clippers, or struggle to reach your toenails we can help. The process of how to cut toenails differs slightly from that of how to cut fingernails.
